Owns and operates Anytime Appraisals, Inc. (dba Anytime Federal), performing  Furniture, Fixtures,  Machinery/Equipment,  Residential, Commercial Appraisals, Business Valuations & Brokerage, FEMA Disaster Home Inspections and Inventory Services.

Anytime Appraisals has covered single family residential, manufactured homes, FHA properties, Multi-family properties, condominiums, estate & divorce litigation, vacant land and custom spec homes for the past 10 years, with over 4,000 appraisals performed.  The company has over the years added and expanded into Commercial Real Estate, Machinery & Equipment Appraisals, Business Valuations & Brokerage throughout the United States.

During Rene’s military career, he served 3 tours in Vietnam as an Infantry Ranger, 11 years as a Criminal Investigator and 3 years for the Department of Defense. With Top Secret Security Clearance, he protected former Secretary of Defense, Casper Weinberger.  In 1987, after 20 Years of service he retired with Honor & Valor from the US Department of Army. 

After military service, Rene was Director of Security with Cigna and Traveler’s Insurance Companies. He supervised over 150 employees with locations throughout the United States. In addition, he was Regional Manager of South Florida for Borg Warner/Burns & Wells Fargo Security.
